Our British pork is slow roasted for 12 hours until it’s beautifully tender, before being piled into a toasted brioche bun with sage and onion stuffing, apple sauce, crispy onions and our fresh homemade coleslaw. Served alongside our signature perfectly crisp chips, it’s a hearty meal that’s guaranteed to keep guests coming back for more.
Ideal for evening wedding receptions, company events and private celebrations, our Pig in the Bun package combines the quality of our traditional hog roast with the convenience and atmosphere of street food, all served from our bespoke Simply Hog Roast food truck.
Our food truck has its own electricity and water, however if there is access to electricity, we would be grateful for access to an electrical socket (standard 13 A socket)
All of our packages include BBQ pulled jackfruit in a grilled bun (for vegans) and deep fried Halloumi on top of chips, with homemade salsa and sour cream (for vegetarians).
We will also provide gluten and dairy free bun for guests that require these. All served on recyclable disposable plates with wooden cutlery and napkins.
